A point of special interest is the farmers museum in Vorderlainsach right in the centre of HerzBergLand. In a time-consuming and painstaking work, Franz and Josefa Haberl have set an extraordinary museum of agricultural history in a farmhouse that is 300 years old. The collection consists of furniture, commodities and worktools that were used by farmers in former days. Tools and equipment for lumberjacks, rafter and hunters complete the scenery.
The museum is open from April to October and can be visited upon prior notification (personal or by telephone).
